As of June 2016, PowerStick products come with a warranty card that instructs you register your product. A successful registration validates the warranty. Please register your product here: https://powerstick.com/main/warranty/
If your PowerStick product was purchased from our website, the warranty must be registered within 10 days of the order date. This warranty will not apply to units that have been purchased from non-authorized sources or ones damaged through improper use.
Prior to initiating any warranty actions, please contact our customer service desk who can first try to troubleshoot the issue. If no solution can be found, proof of purchase must be provided and a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions will be provided.
If it is deemed necessary to return the product to be repaired or replaced the cost of the return shall be the responsibility of the owner/sender. Only products returned with an RMA# will be processed.
